• No basic fees
• No booking fees
• No costs, if you cancel the transaction - the deposited money will be transferred back automatically

Who pays the fees

• In our process you can decide who should bear the fee - sharing the fee is also possible.
• If the buyer bears the fee, it will be added to the purchase price (eg: purchase price is 15.500 € - buyer pays 15.550 €)
• If the seller bears the fee, it will be deducted from the amount paid out (eg: purchase price is 15.500 € - seller gets 15.450 €)
• If the fee will be shared (eg: purchase price is 15.500 € - buyer pays 15.525 € and the seller gets 15.475 €)
